Please be advised that warranty claims received the weeks of December 9th and December 16th will be delayed until we reopen for business on January 2nd. Also, warranty claims received during December 23rd-January 1st will not be processed until we return to the office on January 2nd and a 3 week lead time will apply.
At ES ROBBINS, we are constantly working to improve the quality and lifespan of our products. To aid us in this effort, we ask that you return a small section of your damaged chairmat to us for evaluation and testing when submitting a warranty claim.
ES ROBBINS’ No-Crack chairmats are guaranteed free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of sale to original purchaser and will not crack, chip, break or shatter under normal use. ES ROBBINS will replace a defective chairmat with a like or similar product upon completion of the warranty process. Please note any missing or incomplete information will delay the claim process.
To submit a warranty claim, print the Warranty Claim Form. When completed, mail to the address on the form. You will need an invoice, packing slip, receipt or your chairmat label as proof of purchase, along with the sample section of your chairmat.
Once received, your claim will be reviewed promptly. We will contact you by email or phone if we need additional information, so please be sure to provide current contact information. A shipping and handling fee of $20 will be charged for all warranty replacements. Replacement mats will arrive approximately 3 weeks after approval of claim.
