E S Robbins Corporation Lifetime Chairmat Warranty

E S Robbins Corporation Office Products provides a lifetime warranty on all the company’s chairmat products.*  E S Robbins Corporation guarantees its AnchorBar®, , Trans-Stat, and No Crack chairmats to be free from any defects in material and workmanship at the time of sale to original purchaser, and will not crack, chip, break or shatter under normal usage.  The warranty only applies to the original purchaser.  Should any product during the warranty period, in E. S. Robbins  Corporation’s sole opinion, prove to be defective in material and/or workmanship under normal usage, E. S. Robbins Corporation will, at its option, replace the product at no charge (except as otherwise stated herein) provided that the product has not been subjected to abuse, misuse, misapplication, neglect, accident, disaster, alteration or modification. 

This  WARRANTY IS VOID under certain conditions, including but not limited to:  use of metal casters; placement of furniture or other stationary objects on the chairmat; use of chairmat in an application not recommended by E S Robbins Corporation for that particular model; cutting or altering of the chairmat in any way by any individual or company other than  E S Robbins Corporation or its designated agent; or use of the chairmat outdoors. Damage to the product as a result of abuse, misuse, misapplication, neglect, accident, disaster, alteration or modification will VOID THE WARRANTY. 

Normal wear and tear, including but not specifically limited to, marring and scuffing is not covered under the warranty.   To apply for a replacement, print out and submit a Warranty Claim Form complete with dated sales receipt or purchase order. E S Robbins Corporation reserves the right to request damaged chairmats be returned to the factory for inspection before sending replacement product.

A shipping and handling fee may apply for each warranty replacement mat, which can be paid via Mastercard, Visa or Discover.  We cannot accept checks. Some model chairmats may no longer be available.  In warranties involving discontinued product, E S Robbins Corporation will provide, at its discretion, a chairmat with the specifications that most closely match the original type purchased or if no replacement is available, E. S. Robbins Corporation may retract the warranty.

NOTE: THE ABOVE WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY PROVIDED BY E.S. ROBBINS CORPORATION AND E. S. ROBBINS CORPORATION MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

IN NO EVENT WILL E. S. ROBBINS CORPORATION BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER FOR DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR OTHER INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, SUCH PRODUCT PURCHASED  EVEN IF E. S. ROBBINS CORPORATION HAS BEEN ADVISED, OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN, OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

* Static dissipative properties for Tran-Stat anti-static chairmats are guaranteed for three years only and not for lifetime. Economy thickness – 1 year limited; Printed mats – 1 year limited; Ecokleer – 5 year limited
